The short version: free from $55, from the US, 30 days to return unused items.

- We ship within the contiguous United States only. We can't deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. You get a tracking email when your order ships.
- Our pieces are stocked in different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking.

Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original packaging with tags and accessories.
- For hygiene reasons, sponges, bonnets and face tools (gua sha, rollers) can't be returned once used, unless they arrived faulty, damaged or not as described.
- Email info@offhours.pro first, with your order number. Please don't send anything back before we reply: often we refund without a return.
- If we got something wrong, we pay return shipping. Otherwise return shipping is on you.
- No direct exchanges: return the item and place a new order.
