No, and we say so on every product. Our pillowcases, sleep set and bonnet are satin: a smooth, silk-like weave that feels similarly slippery against hair and skin and is easier to wash. If something isn't silk, jade or stone, we won't call it that.

For the morning, pick the ice roller for a cold start, the gua sha set for a slow facial massage, or the konjac sponge for a simple cleanse.

No. They're personal-care accessories, not medical devices, and they aren't meant to treat any condition. If you have a skin concern, check with a dermatologist before adding a new tool to your routine.

We ship within the contiguous United States. Orders leave our US warehouse within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 3–8 business days later, tracked all the way. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Shipping is free on orders of $55 or more. Below that, it's a flat $4.95.

You have 30 days from delivery. Email us first at info@offhours.pro and we'll sort it out, often without you needing to send anything back. For hygiene reasons, sponges, bonnets and face tools can't be returned once used, unless they arrived faulty. Return shipping is on you unless we got something wrong. Read the full refund policy.

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item within 30 days and place a new order for the one you want.
