    Yes, konjac sponges ship dry. Soak it in warm water for a few minutes and it turns soft and springy.
  2. do i need to use it with a cleanser or just water?
    Either works. It cleans with water alone, or add a little of your usual cleanser.
  3. how long does one last? i don’t want it getting gross
    Rinse it, squeeze out the water and hang it to dry after each use, then replace it every 4–6 weeks.
