Answer: The waistband is wide and high, made to sit flat and stay up whether you’re stretching or on the sofa.
Question: how do they fit? i’m between sizes

Answer: They’re a close fit from hip to ankle. Check the size guide under Add to cart. If you’re between sizes, size up for a softer fit.
Question: can i wear them for an actual workout

Answer: Yes, they stretch for yoga, a walk or the gym. We just like them best for slow evenings.
Question: how oversized is it? should i size down
